Guessing Game #8 - Simple Strategie with Amélie

Hi, here is Amélie. Today, i will show you how to do this "Simple Stategie" layout. For this page, I only used the Main kit. Just the butterfly comes from a previous kit and the doily is from my stash. This is my layout:

So first, take the background paper (Crate Paper - Pier - Sunscreen), stick the pie circle (the Citrus Twist Handcrafted Vintage) and add some ink stains.

Cut a stripe of paper in the beige cardstock (15,5X27,5 centimeters). Then, work this stripe with gelatoes, or inks, pastels, watercolors... Personnaly, I used my gelatoes. Make a part of a frame for the picture. When your cardstock work is ended, sew it on your layout by the top and the bottom.

In the Studio Calico Charlotte paper, cut a new band of paper (6X15 centimeters). Add the little envelope from the kit and a half of doily like this:

Now, make some different size and form banners. You can also recycle the kit envelope.

Place these banners under your picture.


 I also place some October Afternoon vellum embellishments along the bottom of my photo. Add some wood embellishments and stamps.
Your layout is now finished.
